The European Rotorcraft Women Network (ERWN) is to promote gender equality and enhance the visibility of women in the helicopter, VTOL and aviation industry.
By fostering an inclusive environment, European Rotorcraft Women Network aims to support and encourage women to advance in their careers, break down barriers, and rise to leadership positions. Their goal is to create a diverse and dynamic industry where the perspectives and experiences of women are valued and celebrated
We give women in our industry a voice and a platform to introduce themselves and to educate the broad public what careers are possible in the rotorcraft, VTOL and aviation Industry!
